A new command in the View menu aligns a sequence trace with a SnapGene sequence.
Future enhancements will enable you to align multiple sequences at once.
The free SnapGene Viewer includes the key visualization tools of SnapGene, and
allows you to make DNA maps and design primers. Now you can share annotated
sequence files with colleagues around the world.

When using Go To or Select Range while zoomed, you are not limited to going to
or selected bases within the visible range.
Fixed a bug with software update on Mac OS X where SnapGene might not always
relaunch after installing an update.
Now limiting the find controls in the trace viewer and alignment dialogs
to not expand more then necessary.
Fixed a bug that prevented SnapGene from automatically detecting and
downloading software updates.
