Fixes

• Corrected a regression that caused empty menu entries.

• Enabled Edit > Delete Bases for selections in sequences aligned to the reference DNA sequence.
• Ensured that after selecting part of the consensus for a multiple alignment and then hiding the consensus sequence, the selection is no longer shown in the selection bar.
• Ensured that rapid scrolling with a scroll bar consistently moves the display to the top or bottom of the window.
